The heat powers and telekinesis are mostly from this world. My species has some degree of telepathic and telekinetic abilities in response to strong feelings, but the latter is imprecise. When I get upset enough, shit starts exploding, localized earthquakes, things of that nature.

My natural abilities are combat based, speed and strength and agility, as well as shapeshifting. This isn't my natural form. It is the default now because I was awakened from a long stasis with human blood. I also heal from any damage instantly.
