Moblit had closed his eyes to concentrate better. The familiar voice makes him open them again and look quickly at the direction of it.

"Captain Levi!" Moblit's voice is full of relief and cheer over seeing him. But then he stops, looking at the state of him. "What... What happened to you?"

Could it be injuries from Shiganshina? Their squad wasn't close to where Levi or the Commander were, so he has no idea what was going on before the Colossal appeared.
