It makes the time I'm apart from her all the more lonely, but...

I want to think it was worth all we went through. That even if she can't see my -- our home the way she used to, she still has a world she can watch over, to see as it thrives again.

And I want to think I'll be able to keep fighting to protect it as long as I can.
