Tobias chuckled and nodded. "Well, if I'm injured, I can literally eat someone's shadow. Gobble it up. Then it heals me. Doesn't hurt the shadow owner, physically. Just mentally. Makes them tired. Their shadows do come back after a short time. The creature the shadow is attached to has to have a soul for it to work and they have to be alive."
