ABOUT: Fela is a dreamchaser, which is considered kind of a holy person for their ability to look into the inner worlds of other people and to effect them. Fela can soothe your nightmares or... give you the nightmares you deserve. While this is a neat power, it comes with some considerable drawbacks. He is addicted to a poppy-like drug that they call sonando, and he loses his memory. He can't remember things for longer than a week or two.
However, because of his ability to touch people's minds, if you hang out with him regularly and give him permission he can skim the surface impressions of the people around him to keep a general ballast.
