Coldreach sounds good. I'd love to have easy access to the observatory, and it's not too cold like Frostreign would be. Might want to at least visit Frostreign, though. I'm not too far from beginning to develop Advanced Powers, and I'm definitely taking fast travel first thing. Being able to just teleport to the hot springs whenever I want sounds nice.
