[Most faeries are sticklers for propriety - many of them like to go out of their way to bully mortals, tricking them into a misstep and punishing them severely for it. Unfortunately, Andhera is too bad at social cues to be any good at tricking others.
Bad enough that while he notices Levi is forcing out the words, he assumes the man just sounds like that. Or maybe he's still upset about the dog, which is fair.]

[Andhera has to stoop to move under the umbrella, being easily a foot taller than Levi, and carefully positions themselves so the cloud doesn't have room to follow. Unconsciously they move close enough to brush against the mortal, just to be sure they're fully out of the rain. Their skin is damp and much colder than a human's would be.
And most unfortunately, Grandpa Dog is following and trying to squeeze in between them.]
