What I was taught by the Ten-Lords Commission as a child was that Dan Feng was a cold, selfish man, arrogant and prideful, a sinner who did not care for the lives of others caught in the crossfire. Deserving of punishment enough to transcend lifetimes. I knew it to be biased. But it made it so much easier to hate him, to blame him for everything.

[He knew it was biased information from the start, near propaganda. He knew it was a way to stifle any rebellious behavior before it could bud in a newly reborn soul. But being able to blame Dan Feng for his suffering made it easier to bear, easier to accept.]
