About Me: I'm a big dog nerd, and also an advocate/activist for service dogs. (I also have a service dog myself, she is a golden retriever named Orisa). I write and draw a lot, sometimes code video games, pretty much any outlet for telling stories and I usually keep a roster of OCs as muses. Character Name: Prince Andhera, scion of the Unseelie Court (or just Andhera) Canon: Dimension 20: A Court of Fey and Flowers Canon Point: In between episodes 1 and 2 Age: Young adult (it's hard to nail down specifics, the fey live for thousands of years) Season: Winter Flower:A black hellebore.
About My Character: Andhera comes from a D&D actual-play show and his world seems to be mostly based on Faerun. He is an extremely sheltered prince from a version of the feywild that's heavily inspired by regency romance tropes. They live in a palace carved out of the cave system their court lives in, and they've been spoiled rotten in terms of material possessions but completely neglected in terms of emotional support. His mother is pretty open about not wanting to debase herself by taking a corporeal form long enough to talk to her children. So, Andhera has pretty abysmal social skills, and is very shy by nature, but he's very friendly and eager to meet new people.
Andhera also brought along his dog, who is a senior yeth hound. Imagine a 60-pound dog but with an old man's face and balding head. Yeth hounds naturally seek out evil masters, but Andhera is solidly Lawful Good and thus has very little control of his dog. This also means Grandpa Dog might insist on making friends with characters who are particularly predisposed to evil.
CR I'm Looking For: Pretty much anything! Andhera would love some friends, but I also love drama so enemies are also good! Romance is definitely on the table too but it's a slow burn, plus Andhera is notoriously horrible at flirting (and terrible at noticing when people flirt with them). Plots I'm Looking For: I really like the idea of Grandpa Dog finding someone he'd rather listen to than Andhera. I'd like to try helping out on quests too but I might need some guidance with writing that. He's a healer/tank so good to have along for dangerous missions.
Handwaving: Andhera walks his dog every day, and if Grandpa Dog is feeling particularly spry he might try to bite a human, which might lead to Andhera having to pull him off and apologize profusely. He might also seek out anyone near him for help navigating public transit, finding his way around the city, or figuring out technology. Landlines aren't a thing yet in his world, so phones are pretty much magic to him.
