Choco was one of the best people for that. A regular blue, that girl, keeping him back towards David.
Admittedly, the amnesia helps in a weird way. A brief time without all the burdens, so people know what he's like without the damage.
"Don't worry. I am used to it at this point," he said. "So far, I always go back to the time I was taken, so it works out, and usually with new perks."
"Like I have the ability to hop dimensions. Places like these, they interfere with the signals, but when I go home, I can visit other people's worlds. Sometimes these places at the end finds a way to maintain the connections, but barring that, Choco and I know a few people who can track people down for us to establish some bridges," he said. "And pretty used to magic now. Pendant's always been stable for me, but teleporting is now on the table from the Temple, and who knows, I might be able to keep the Summer powers. Some stuff keeps, other stuff breaks when you leave the world."
