But he keeps it to himself, not wanting to hash over how stupid he felt Izuku was for not at the very least talking to Katsuki about how worried he was. Telling him he was leaving, and where he was going. And why. He still felt hurt that Izuku didn't trust him enough to talk to him. That he didn't feel like he could.
It's why he's working so hard now to show Izuku that he's changed, for real. That he likes having Izuku around. That he wants to be a team and wants to communicate more with the other boy. That he's tired of arguing and acting like Izuku was just a stepping stone to him.
And he lets Izuku press their foreheads together, in order to show that he won't push him away again.]
