So. Rafal is a Hot Mess. He spent hundreds of years being told he was a failure, he wasn't worth being alive. His twin died very quickly and Rafal can't even remember what they look like. Then he met Nil soon after and they connected really well . . . then Nil died (do you see a pattern, do you) and Rafal decided to take Nil's place as Nel's twin. For a while, that was mildly okay but his feelings kept being repressed harder and harder until it finally exploded and he sort of ruined an already ravaged world to its core, received the power he felt would finally justify his existence and reason for living.
Now, he's somewhat amended and seen the error of his ways. He is working to better himself, but kindness and feelings sort of terrify him and he doesn't really know how to function like a real person, after spending so long playing a part and having all his motivations for doing anything go to shit. But he's a really nice guy! Deep down. He may be super blunt about it, but he won't turn anyone away and he does want to try.
CR I'm Looking For: All! Please give dragon baby his first friends.
Plots I'm Looking For: Anything that pushes him to opening up and accepting feelings without running for the hills.

Only good things! Just fetching magical shit to help her not lose decades of time and her memories besides! It just happens to involve exploding the mountain a little and of course she thought of Bakugo. :)
INTERESTINGLY this quest will project certain memories to the crew (silently because... Silent Mountains...) so maybe they'll all get to see some of each other's histories. :3
She will absolutely keep mildly teasing them but more encouraging than teasing, they deserve to be happy!!

Taking a look at the TDM ones that could be fun: wish granting, having mochi together, fighting off monsters in a portal, or maybe we could have them end up doing a quest together.
Aside those prompts just a first meeting without any extraneous events occurring could be good if we wanted something with more friction since Ysayle would be pretty wary of Aymeric at first. She'll know at this point that he had been brief about all they learned and that he ended up imprisoned because he intended to try and make his father see reason but years of having been on sorta-opposite sides of the war would be hard to break immediately.
That said sharing a cause that involved helping others would make that go easier, I think. The first two prompts would be trickier but we could always say they don't immediately recognize each other.

About My Character: Lumine is one of a pair of twin stars that, in a quest to find a place to make their home, landed in Teyvat. Shit went sideways shortly afterward, but they were unable to make their escape: separated, the Traveler (in this case, Lumine) woke up 500 years in the future, alone. Although her adventures began as the simple endeavor to find her missing brother, increasingly she's been drawn into discovering the mysterious history behind the apocalypse 500 years prior and the destruction of the kingdomm of Khaenri'ah as well as the current political and magical struggles and strife in the seven countries.
In terms of personality, Lumine is a confident woman. She can be kind and generous, but she's not afraid to call people out on their shit. Although she can come off as standoff-ish and cautious to the point of overly-suspicious at times (a product of both her canon and CRAU experiences) she can be cheeky and does have a good sense of humor. She enjoys fishing, gliding, cooking, treasure hunting, and sparring.

⭐ Lumine is currently working as a courier/gopher/general task person around the city, but since the guild has opened up I'd kind of like to pivot toward doing hunting/fishing/gathering and magic related questing for her livelihood. It would be fun to have threads with people to partner with during said ventures or to be her clientele.
⭐ I want to focus on gaining / building on her Summer magic! Specifically I'm interested in making fire into weapons, shapeshifting, and breathing fire to begin with. Anyone that would be interested in threading out practicing/learning magic and/or touch during or after to prevent petrification

FELLOW FISHER! Where does Byleth like to go fishing, they could meet by chance.
I've linked my catch-all open log in my CR tag where he's doing his fishing, but he tends to loiter around Unfrozen Lake and Prism Lake, since those two are the safest fishing spots.
You know that I am super down for her personal plot with fixing the hibernation at any/all points. I'm happy to help start in the searching phases.
Unfortunately I do not have anyone Kou's age to offer for friendship because I don't think I can handle a second here, but I love Toilet Bound Hanako-kun and would love to have some kind of CR with him. She knows an exorcist from her canon who also happens to be here who is much closer to Kou's age (around 16 I think?), so she might be able to introduce them.
