Character Name: Wanderer Canon: Genshin Impact Canon Point: After his interlude in 3.3 (Interlude Chapter: Act III Inversion of Genesis), where he finally gets his shit together and realizes he has been an absolute menace over the span of 500 years or so. About My Character: Wanderer is a divine puppet made by Inazuma's Electro Archon and also the former 6th Harbinger of the Fatui. He's very, very, very blunt, somewhat arrogant, not terribly nice and in general just not really pleasant to be around with. Thing is that he knows this and that he is very aware of his bad moods and how he reacts to other people. He hates being lonely, yet he imposes loneliness onto himself by behaving the way he does. In a way he it is a stupid self-defence mechanism of a dumb gremlin who rather makes himself hated first so that others don't have to make the decision to hate him later on.
Wanderer has had a horrible past that basically comes down to that he has been believing lies for hundreds of years while focusing on godhood that was never meant for him, and because of that he has done very horrible things. Truly, the shit he did in Inazuma (and later Sumeru) is quite horrendous. In return horrible things have been done to him as well (being Dottore's guinea pig, being manipulated and used etc. etc).
Finally, after intervention from Nahida (Lesser Lord Kusanali) and the Traveler he got all this shit together and decided to finally accept himself as who he is. And with that he also decided to face the consequences of all his actions and awful life choices (after discovering he has being lied to he has tried to erase himself from history first to try to undo all the shit he has caused, but that backfired a little). His determination to better himself earned him an Anemo Vision, and with said Vision and a new big hat he spends his new life wandering about, being a little shit, helping Nahida with choirs, hanging with the Traveler and having arguments with Paimon. You see? Goooood times. He can also cook really good, btw. Doesn't give a shit about food, but he knows his dishes.
CR I'm Looking For: I must say, negative CR is a given at first. Thing is that establishing more positive CR takes a bit of time and patience, just because Wanderer isn't a nice person and it takes a quite some time and dedication to get through to him and see his good sides (he has them, but there's a big layer of shit you have to go through first). He is a bit of a tsundere and acts like he doesn't want to be around others yet he craves to be useful and worth something while hating loneliness. All CR is welcome, but yeah, he's a dingus.
Plots I'm Looking For: Quests! Lots of questing! Also situations where he needs to work together with someone else. Trying to drag him to social gatherings and get him out of his comfort zone. A plot I personally would really like is something that will take 7000 years that he just learns how to trust someone again, that he starts to care, open up a little and maybe even some shippy things? God, I'd love shippy things, I'm a simple schmoop, I just want him to be happy.
