i did a tldr here but essentially he has been born into a lineage with more responsibility than anyone would ever want and he just wants people of his country and his family to be happy. just suffers in the process ig

so one of the few joys he has in life is watching people squirm as he bullies them

but none of it is really malicious so hopefully he'll grow on him like a fungus
