The long and short of it is: this is a meme for those who are looking for roommates or looking for a job! It's an easy way to establish CR between players by helping figure out what kind of roommate you might be looking for or even what kind of job your characters might want!

Or, if you already have a roommate established... perhaps figuring out some neighbors would be nice?

Plus, maybe you and someone else have similar jobs in mind and could have some nice co-worker CR?

Living arrangements: Starter apartments. Right now, Rafal isn't sure where to move to but he'd like to move out, find his own space.

Do they need/want a roommate: Backstory, Rafal is a thousands year old dragon who was raised by a tyrannical and ended up adopting a lot of his bad behaviors in order to survive and changed his ways recently. He's very blunt and a bit averse to touch, but he's kinder than he lets on (he'll never say no to helping someone out, even if he'll complain a lot) and pretty accommodating overall. At the moment, he doesn't want one but he's receptive to having one.
