1) NPCs are also suspected to the experiment, even enough to go berserk. There won't be a giant amount of NPCs going berserk, but there can definitely be a few cases here and there.

2) Anything from shooting to beheading to forcing to play russian roulette with 1/6 chance of survival. Be creative~
