A good caution, but at least most electric types don't zap unless upset, or feel defensive. They give clear warning when wild, and even with a trainer.

There is so much to learn, and even back home we still don't know everything. Perhaps that in itself is more reason for a colleague and I to push ahead in adapting the pokédex application for the phones we're given here. We were doing it as a side-project, given I'm familiar with programming and well versed in manipulating the pokédex app itself- along with the fact my friend stumbled across someone curious in learning about pokémon.
Would be well to ensure the pokémon from this vending machine are well cared for.
