{ it's probably a strange sight to see as well, he isn't in his clothes from home (hasn't for the most part in a long while now) and instead is dressed in a black turtleneck top, long sleeved but a thinner fabric along with plain white pressed trousers. the shoes are just plain black as well. none of the fancy trimmings he's used to, he's apparently dressing down. though one thing that probably does stand out is around his neck is a seashell necklace, actually on top of the clothing. his gloves are still in place though, not something he's changing anytime soon. }

I can't say I'm surprised you noticed, unfortunately no one else seemed to be stepping forward and those in charge here seem to be struggling to keep things in line. And while it may be less paperwork, I think you may find the danger here to be a little more difficult than anything we have back home.
