The ones down here seem to be, or some of them at least. Like they are on some gacha system- or someone stocked them totally wrong. Maybe it's a way to get people to spend more? [She had some tokens still, wasn't too big of a deal.] There's a restaurant in Nightwake like that- runs off a gacha system, I mean. You only get to choose what you want your meal to consist of, if you want either sweet or savory, or go completely blind for something random. It's really popular because of that gimmick.
