It's weird, isn't it? I never noticed any tunnels to transport materials or workers down here, nor any noise, even though it's right under the overground city... and why wouldn't they have announced it way in advance to get the people excited for it?

[Sure, the people had no problem getting excited ad hoc, but still, why keep this huge mall a secret until its completion?]
