Really she's hoping if she stares at the building enough something will become clear to her. Silly, but dying makes one do silly things sometimes. And it does give her a fair chance to catch anyone wearing arrival clothes and offer some help, which is a wonderful distraction. Anyone who isn't going to look at her with pain is a plus right now. ]
[ She just finished showing someone to their starter apartment when she spots someone who clearly is at least not a typical human, which makes them someone she would like to say hello to. Inhumans like herself are oddly rare even here. Whatever interdimensional politics is going on, someone has their thumb on the scale. (Not that you'd know she's inhuman by looking at her, unless you make particular note of her red eyes and the fact that she's almost unnaturally pretty, or make note of the fact that the katana she carries is huge and heavy for her petite frame, or have some way to sense auras or the like.) ]
