I'm working on my Chinese, actually. I'm not bad with Mandarin, but my Cantonese sucks. But I speak about ten languages thanks to my travels, and I'm learning a few more here. [ One of which being the language of the dead which is pretty cool. ]
Everyone's blood tastes different. It's like a fingerprint. And it tastes slightly different depending on their mood and what they're up to. Like if someone's been fighting, they're full of adrenaline. Or if they're in a great mood, dopamine. Those are my favorites.
Generally speaking blood of people who are magical or immortal tastes better to me. It's like... a piece of fruit that's unusually sweet and delicious.
