[Weird's a bit of an understatement. Even besides all of the Very Bad Stuff That She Can't Mention and The Good Stuff That She Also Can't Mention Because It's Intrinsically Tied To The Very Bad Stuff, there's just a bunch of little things like, yeah, him not remembering all of the time they spent together after he came home, or knowing what happened to any of their friends...that knowledge that this Reiner hasn't spoken to Porco or Pieck in a good five years. It's definitely strange.]

[She lets out a giggle -- even after she started having her own growth spurts, Reiner was already pretty much a grown man. He's still big for a teenager, obviously. But at least both at 15 years old, they're closer now.]
[She affects a faux-stern expression:] I've decided I like it. So don't get any taller.
[Then, she grins and loops her arms around his. She doesn't say it, but it's pretty clear she's grateful for this, too -- even if it's not for the same reasons Reiner is.]
