Same here!! ♡ Hijikata is always internally floundering in Saya's presence because he feels so distinctly out of his league, genre-wise (through no fault of hers), but he respects her a lot - most of all for preserving her kindness despite all the shit she's been through, but also for her capacities as a fighter.

GOD her death is only a week away... I'm waffling around indecisively! I could toss him at her on the TDM so their pokémon can meet (they both got a fire type!), or else he could meet her elsewhere before her death to catch up with her on how all the efforts have been going? He's out of the loop on that! But then again they could also discuss that over their pokémon playing.
