[ It's... nice. Pleasant enough. The tall man with long, white hair dressed in white and blue stands out strangely amidst the green grass and pink cherry blossoms, and he's looking around as if he's earnestly trying to figure out where he is.

A petal drifts across his field of vision and he plucks it from the air, looking at it quietly for a moment before his eyes slide sideways and he finds... ]

Ah.

[ He finds you. Whether you were actually watching him or not, you now have his full attention. ]

Excuse me... might I trouble you for a moment of your time?

[ Neuvillette listens to the message given by Olwen in silence with his hands behind his back, and as the crowd around him begins to mutter questions to one another he doesn't say a word. That he looks faintly troubled could be said to be a completely normal and acceptable reaction given the circumstances, but it's difficult to read anything from his expression.

There is a good deal, he thinks, that was not said... and that concerns him more than what was.

A little later on, he can be found idling near the stands in the arrivals hall with one hand full of pamphlets and the other holding a smartphone with a small blue flower charm attached to it. He's slowly scrolling his thumb across the screen but from the way his brow is twitching it looks like he might be having some trouble navigating what he's looking at.

He's also... a little in the way, having grown so absorbed in what he's doing that he doesn't notice, and it seems most people are just too polite to tell him. ]

[ There are two things to be immediately noticed. The first is that Neuvillette is currently the proud owner of a pair of very large, translucent, pale blue fairy wings. He most decidedly did not ask for those, but he was also not about to be so rude as to refuse when they were offered.

The second thing to notice is that his hair is absolutely full of tiny braids. Most of them start half way down his hair and a few have little flowers weaved into them. At one point he noticed this being done and, not really grasping that something so harmless could be perceived as a prank, invited the cheeky fairies engaging in it to continue as much as they'd like.

When someone approaches him, they might notice a few of the mischievous creatures hiding between the braids they're half way through making. Neuvillette just smiles very slightly. ]

Don't worry, I told you that you're welcome. Perhaps my new companion here would like a few as well.

[ While not quite curious enough to start eating things that have randomly started to appear all over the districts, he wouldn't be telling the truth if he said he wasn't curious about this new phenomenon.

So are several other people, it seems, and he ends up near to where someone else is examining a patch of berries or mushrooms. ]

Another prank, perhaps..? [ It seems a logical conclusion to come to, as he leans down to look more closely at the plant in question. ] Have you tried one?
