[ The possibilities truly are endless. Earlier, upon arriving, Ayaka was confused as to how she should be feeling. It was a rush of memories of being in a different place in one go, but those memories weren't of this place. Then she remembered— the last day she spent in Nippon.

Nothing could be as painful as losing her parents, but... the pain that she felt was close to it. To think that in less than a year, she was able to be herself and achieve a level of happiness that she'd never felt before. Only for her to have it all taken away from her in an instant. What was even worse, knowing all that now, was that the only way to take that pain away was to forget about all those happy things to begin with. Erase them from your memory, until they no longer exist in your reality.

Crazy how you can get it all back in a span of seconds, though... All of it. The happy things, the sad ones... you can't be considered alive if it's just one of those two, right?

That's right. She's alive like this. Especially when she's in Cloud's arms. She kisses him back to prove it, nothing but warmth and happiness flowing through her at this very moment. ]

It's very different, isn't it?

[ Once they've pulled away from one another, Ayaka does a little spin for him to show her dress! Her hair, too! She's put her hair up in a bun before, when she wore a kimono, but she's never worn her hair this way, ever. There is a story behind it, of course! Especially with how different it is from the usual Inazuman fashion. ]

I am dressed up as Miss Orith, a character from a light novel in Fontaine. This dress is fashioned after hers, but the tailor made sure to make it just for me.

[ She takes one side of her skirt and lifts it slightly, high enough to show the tsubaki that adorn the fabric. Not that there's anything to see. She has a petticoat underneath! And tights, too. ]

Isn't it lovely?
