"It feels like it's a great way to get closure. Physically being able to help ghosts pass to afterlife... it makes it feel like people get to properly say goodbye. They may not know who the ghosts are, but there's the chance of them having been their loved one. Or at least they want to believe that the ghost chose them for a reason."
