Galliard slows down when he sees Erwin checking things out. There's honestly plenty to look at around here, and some of the things that catch Erwin's eye catch his too. The technology is advanced around here, and when Erwin stops at one window, Galliard studies the items displayed along with him.

"I don't know, but probably not." He glances up at Erwin from the corner of his eye. "You know how it is in a war zone. You can't get anything except the essentials."

As to why he got coffee... "I was in the special forces." No reason to freak out the new guy with talk about titans and shifters and whatever else. "We got treated a little better than the rank and file."
