Thank goodness Erwin is taking his time checking things out, because Galliard is taken aback by the menu. There's just... so much, way more than he's ever seen before! What the hell's a mocha, or a frappeccino? The menu looks like it's in a different language!

"Uh..." He got them into this mess, though, and he's going to get them out. Galliard approaches the counter and consults with the person behind it for a moment, then returns to Erwin. "I got us both a latte. That's a coffee with steamed milk in it."

He leans in, dropping his voice to share this next tidbit. "The guy asked me if I wanted oat milk. Since when can you get milk from an oat?"

Needless to say, their lattes will be made with cow's milk.
