Galliard watches the machines too, and he's particularly impressed by the milk steamer. That thing looks fun, and he wonders if he can find one of these coffee machines somewhere to play with it.

"They said they had milk from soy beans and coconuts too." At least coconuts make sense on some level! They have liquid inside them, so it's not a stretch to imagine they could make milk too. The oats and soy beans have Galliard flummoxed.

"If you like the latte, you can try to oat milk next time. The guy said it's supposed to taste better." But then the guy is offering his hand, and Galliard only hesitates for a second before taking it in his own left hand and shaking.

"Yeah, I forgot too. I'm Galliard. Nice to meet you, Erwin."
