[Jean is testing ice skating for the first time in almost literal forever (last time was probably Empatheias) in Sunwaning, where he lives. He hasn't left the sidelines yet, since it was ... definitely not natural for him.
So while Buffy is skating gracefully, Jean is almost falling on his face the moment he lets go and tries to skate for real. At least he doesn't, but it's kinda wobbly, the way he moves.
You'd think this was easy for him, considering all the training with the gear or parkour and things but put blades on his feet and this is what happens. He just needs time to figure things out (again).]
