Dragon Blessed Powers Partner Finder
Dragon Blessed Powers (that were unlocked in the March Event) need a partner to unlock.
You can read all about the ritual in the info post for the powers. This is something anyone can do at anytime, as long as they go to the Abandoned Castle/Dragon Sanctuary at the border of the Autumn and Summer Segments.
