About My Character: Tired old man, who's actually not that old and also never too tired to help people not die. Also humanity's strongest soldier and tea enthusiast. Most of his life has been a struggle, which he doesn't tend to talk about, but it's left its mark on him in a variety of ways, from his inability to sleep for more than three hours at a time, to his unsettling sense of humor, to his neurotic cleaning tendencies. His height also seems to be a sore spot for him.

He is abrasive, introverted, occasionally vulgar, and usually appears detached, however beyond the stoic mask he is also quite kind and empathetic, even protective, and cares about the well-being of common folk. He hates senseless casualties and does his best to avoid them, but he's not above dirtying his hands if he deems it necessary, and he can be extremely cruel and outright sadistic toward his enemies.

He is an extremely skilled fighter, especially with 3DM gear (but also without), and has good battle instincts. Thanks to his Ackerman heritage, he is also stronger and more durable than a regular person, with near-superhuman reflexes. He arrived to Seasons badly injured and is still feeling the effects (right now he's missing two fingers, wearing a knee brace and an adhesive bandage over one eye - you can always check on the current state of his visible health on my info post!) He might never return to his true glory days again, but he's still more than capable of laying out most regular opponents he comes across.

CR I'm Looking For: It would be great if he can make some friends, but also I'm good with negative CR obviously - some enemies/frienemies/people with general distaste of him are bound to be a thing considering his, well, everything. Folks to pester him out of his shell? Annoyances? People to tell him to chill the fuck out while he's recovering, and/or teach him to be more normal? Fellow "old" people to play bingo and complain about back pain with? Impressionable youth to impart his wisdom and expletives-filled sense of humor on? Once he gets better, maybe sparring partners? Bitching partners? Idk I'm open to ideas :D

Plots I'm Looking For:
Again, I'm not picky! Love action/drama/adventure and character driven stuff as well as bigger plots, and then I'm also always down for wacky mundane shenanigans too. My favorite things are humor and dark shit, basically, either separately or together. Also basically a retirement arc for Levi I guess because he could use some downtime tbh. ~~Also always down for people assuming something is going on between him and Hange and it somehow resulting in Shenanigans because lbr I'm easily amused.~~

In the long run I'm considering letting him live his dream of owning a tea house, but that's still in the future! (Rival tea shops arc y/n)

Fellow old folks, hm? I wonder if Lahabrea and Levi here would get along.

Lahabrea isn’t suffering back pains yet but he will! He’s trying to host an expedition to the furthest region away from the safe zone to test a theory he has. I’m not sure when that will happen but probably some time in late August or most likely September. It’s more like a distant plot idea right now.

In the meanwhile, this overgrown beanstalk of a man (the Ancients are supposed to be over 500 cm tall but he’s only 6’8 here) is trying to get settled here. Lahabrea has no idea how to live a normal life outside of monitoring dangerous mythic creations in a spooky prison dungeon

Levi isn't either, I was mostly joking because he's not actually that old but a lot of people die very young in his world so he's considered a grizzled veteran by process of elimination. :') He's definitely got some knee pain thanks to an injury, though... And ooh, expedition, that sounds exciting!

Lordt Levi might mistake him for a Titan! (He won't, but he'll definitely make a remark about it!) Also what is normal life, never heard of her...

In a world of man-eating Titans, Levi did rather well to stay alive to the ripe old age of 30-something! lol Half of his platoon didn't survive, that's for certain. As for the expedition, I am still planning a few things before I bring it to our lovely mods but it's definitely going to happen.

I do not! Do you have any preferences? From you prompts I guess Window Shopping could work for them bumping into each other, though I'm not quite sure how to keep the interaction going. Maybe Levi's employed by the store for one day or something lmao. Otherwise wildcard would probably be the best bet? He frequents the park, the tea store, and also tends to do a fair number of quests, if Lahabrea is doing any during June/July?

The idea of Lahabrea running into Levi at a local store amuses me too much. If Levi is used to doing odd jobs like that, then sure!

We can also wildcard it and have them do a quest or two. I know one of my prompts is a prompt for the "Beauty of the Well" quest. So we could do that or any other quests that might catch your eye.

The quests that catch my eye are:

Maybe It Bugs Me - cw: giant insects

Snakes on the Branches - cw: snakes!

Cakes for the Moon - (This one would be rather laid and chill)

Taming the Mounts - (a safe quest at the guild hall regarding winged mounts)

Windy Risks - (this one deals with mechanical dragons...hrm.)

I haven't established that he is, but I've thought about it before, so I could probably make it work if you like that option best. :')

Some quests I was thinking about are listed here - already have a taker for Windy Risks and it's gonna get him in deep shit so not doing another, but the rest is fair game!

Out of your selection I think Cakes for the Moon would work best and might be cute, Levi knows how to make sweets so he could be helping with the cooking!

Cakes for the Moon, it is! It’s something light and fluffy to do. Though, fair warning…Lahabrea doesn’t really know how to cook. He usually just cheat and use his magic to create food.

So it would be interesting for him to learn a thing or two from Levi.
