About My Character: Maomao is a Cat that enjoys Doing Weird Experiments With Medicine and Poison; she was born and raised in the local red light district in Fictional China and was then kidnapped and had to work for one of the emperor's concubines as a poison tester. In Seasons, she's been collecting ingredients and growing plants in order to start her own collection to make things, which includes medicines, poisons, and various potions.

CR I'm Looking For:

Fellow potion makers! Maomao is very much a Weirdo amongst the community, but she has been taking potion making classes to see how it differs from crafting medicinal stuff, so if anybody wants to be like, Classmates or w/e feel free.

A fucking "babysitter" for her awful tendencies to like, get distracted from tasks with her hobbies. This girl can and will eat poison, and even collect dangerous items if it means that she can utilize them in potion making. This generally won't happen during like Real Vital Important Moments but it'll happen during minor ones. (Disclaimer: this is not guaranteed.)

Friends her age! Maomao is actually Really Bad At This because she's extremely stoic faced outside of her hobbies.

Rivals??? I haven't entirely decided if I want Maomao to have her own apothecary or join up with someone else in making potions? She'd definitely be a reliable asset for work, as she would be willing to test out new potions for people and has a lot of knowledge for plants and the like.

Plots I'm Looking For:

I'm definitely looking for a potion/medicine related job for her, so if any places have openings, give me a heads up! She is an apothecary with medical and herbal knowledge. She's also willing to taste test potions for people, too. For better or for worse...

Flower: Still deciding between white rose, anemore, or hellebore... I'd like to give her the flower featured in the second half of this AoT/SnK ending song since it's associated with her and (moreso) her beloved sister Historia, but I'm not sure what it is!

About My Character: Frieda is new, so I'm posting her first this time! She's the daughter of a noble family living within the protective walls on Paradis Island, a kind person who is friendly to everyone, no matter their place in society. That's the non-spoilery part... the full revelation is here in her info post, but the long and short of it is that she's a titan shifter, and it's taken a terrible toll on her mentally since her specific titan, combined with her bloodline, twisted some aspects of her personality.

CR I'm Looking For: Given that Frieda is new, I'm wide open for anything! She's quite outgoing and social and already very happy to have met some nice people!

Plots I'm Looking For: I have an idea for a rough storyline for Frieda, but I'll be perfectly happy if things develop in different directions! Here are my ideas at the moment (I realise that they're fairly cast-reliant, but I definitely want to get her involved in cross-canon plots too!):

◉ I'd like her to learn of the impending deaths of her family to give her the motivation to actually work on controlling her titan powers so she'll have a chance of winning that fatal fight once she returns home.
◉ If she also learns about the domino effect kicked off by the loss of her titan (leading to the Rumbling), her motivation to prevent all that will increase a millionfold, and she'll even go on quests in the Segments to get stronger (which she'd otherwise hesitate to do)!
◉ Of course there may be people who don't think that trying to change the future is a good idea - I'm happy to have anyone interfere with her, even to the point of taking her titan from her, which would arguably be good for her but bad for most of her homeworld.
◉ On a lighter note, she'll look for work and intra-city quests to support herself and sister (no way is she letting her pay their rent alone!). She'll always be happy to apply herself to anything that benefits society!

Laid back and introverted, a horrible texter who almost definitely forgets she has a phone here. Currently trying to get her bearings in this place and ignoring the entire concept of magic tbh.

CR I'm Looking For: Oh man I want her to make friends, I know, that's boring. But she doesn't have many at home and I'm just all up in here for people liking her and not realising some of the messed up shit she will do in the future in her world. People who can give her direction would be nice because she is not very ambitious and she'd benefit from figuring out who she is outside of the gang. People who want to get into a fistfight, maybe?

About My Character: Purple Mage is an ABSOLUTELY ANCIENT being of magic that practices the art of necromancy and has mastered the ability to hop back in time (... by about ten seconds at most); however, despite their age and status, they also once belonged to an absolute plutocratic tyrant as their personal servant for who knows how long, so they're still getting used to the taste of freedom.

There's also a LOT about normal society that they're having to relearn, just as a side effect of being an immortal from the realm of Everhood - while their body never ages, their mind can't hold much more than a human's in terms of memory. So anything that didn't exist in Everhood for the last couple centuries... didn't exist to them, either.
Which kinda sucks for them, considering Everhood was in a state of apocalypse with only thirty living souls left by the time Ellipsa snatched them up?? Please help Nonbinary Peepaw figure out how to live like a normal person.

Also, they can fight with music. That's how immortals settled their difference in Everhood: magical slapfights with synth pads and moog bass.

CR I'm Looking For: I honestly have nothing super specific in mind, but I do know they're generally pretty easy to get along with and always looking for new (or "new") experiences while wandering around Ellipsa, so they're open to meeting and talking to anyone at all!!

For some ideas, they'll be opening a haunted house at the end of December (yes it took this long, it's funny to me okay), and then converting it into a club come January because that's like, the only form of money-making business Everhood had left so it's all they know. About My Character: Jade comes off as courteous, soft spoken, and organized, and for the most part he is. He's almost terrifyingly competent at assessing situations and planning ahead and doing what needs to be done to plan for all outcomes- but he also hates "organized harmony" and if he spots an opportunity to throw it into chaos he absolutely will for no other reason than "for shits and giggles". He can be a little goblin that just likes to stir the pot for fun, and doesn't exactly have the highest standard of ethics around.

He's also a merman, and takes a potion to remain in a human form, so many land things are still new and fascinating for him. His current hyperfixation is mushrooms (better than his previous hyperfixation of [checks notes] collecting manhole covers). He loves going hiking and observing the wildlife, and is very mindful of it- particularly the mushrooms.

So if your character is willing to put up with his shenanigans, or can point him to something he finds interesting, he's a very good ally to have and makes a fabulous cup of tea.

CR I'm Looking For: He's new so I'm open for most thing. He's a goblin and I'm all for having him be a pain in the ass, but also he does need some people he can actually lean on. He's a twin short and he's just not used to being cut off from his sibling this extremely, so he will probably be trying to latch onto people to fulfill that role of just "being around".
Plots I'm Looking For: I do want Jade to go out and explore the Ocean Lake so he learns that he's not, in fact, the only merman around. And while he'll still keep what he is fairly quiet, I do want him to find an excuse for him to miss his potion and get stuck in his merform for a few days. That's probably shenanigans for a ways off though.

More immediately, he'll be looking to get a small beach house, and taking odd jobs to accomplish that. He's got a lot to do to find his footing.

About My Character: a 17y/o girl who, 10 years prior, was kidnapped and involved in an ancient ritual that went terribly wrong, leaving Ruka with no memories. 10 years later, two of the other girls from the kidnapping die mysteriously, so Ruka heads back to her abandoned island home and that sanatorium she was in to figure out wtf happened and how to stop herself and the others from dying too. Those two and Ruka are the only remaining survivors from that island too since there was basically a massacre two years after Ruka left it so like. That's fun.

Ruka also is afflicted with a disease called Moonlight Syndrome which is specific to her island home. It basically means she slowly loses memories and her sense of self. "The disease begins mildly, with symptoms such as mild memory loss and sleepwalking (dubbed "moon walking" by the islanders). When the moon is full the patients begin to wander, searching for moonlight; if they cannot find moonlight they become frightened and unstable." (and it just gets So Much Worse from there).

Thankfully her's is very mild atm and won't spread anytime soon, but she's got some wariness regarding the moon (or lack thereof).

She keeps a notebook on her and keeps notes on everything, in case she forgets.

CR I'm Looking For: I'm brand new to the game sooo getting Ruka any kind of CR at this point would be nice.

She's got Issues with the moon, memory loss, and she loves music/has been playing piano since she was a small child. She's a bit of a loner and keeps to herself so people to break her out of her shell would be nice.

He's a knight from Fantasy Catholic France, with a heart kind and true. Being the illegitimate son of his religion's Pope-equivalent and adopted into a low-ranking house of nobility, Aymeric lived in both wealth-provided comfort and continuous scrutiny for the (albeit true) rumours of his parentage. He is well-spoken, compassionate, and honourable, while also an overachiever and workaholic in the hopes of proving that he's truly earned his rank.

Besides the background fluff, he's a passionate and noble person with a not-so-hidden dorky side. He will do things like make puns and wear a blue elephant costume. But he will also fight for what's right, come hell or high water.

About My Character: A short-tempered blond state alchemist who was on his way to save the world with a team of misfits. He's a loyal friend, but a very dangerous foe who has the resolve not to kill anyone. Ed's definitely "a kid who had to mature way too fast", even if a huge part of why is his own doing. This guy is determined and always has a fire in his eyes and a head full of knowledge. Luckily, he's no longer completely agitated by "short jokes", but he does still get annoyed about people towering over him from time to time.

CR I'm Looking For: He's still pretty new, so I'm looking for any kind of CR (except for romantic CR, that's settled). Especially maybe friends his age? He doesn't have a lot of friends his age. But also always people who would tease him and give him a hard time in general.

About My Character: A very serious and kinda tired teenager who has been through two world before this one and survived even titan hell that sucked. He's been training to be a soldier since he was 12, graduated when he was 15 and a lot of other bs happened when he was 15 too (betrayals, semi-civil war, people he cares for dying). During his CRAU he finally got his dream girl, Mikasa and married her with blessings from King Arthur in Avalon. And he was also a Knight. He's now 22 years old and kind of tired of this new world new powers, but he's going to keep trying with the power of friendship, music and love. You may have noticed that he accidentally brain blasted a good chunk of Ellipsa. WHOOPS! Hey, don't worry about it, it probably couldn't ever happen again. Right? PROBABLY?

Also he's got a very public and sometimes messy or intense thing with Reiner Braun.

CR I'm Looking For: tbh anything, could use more cross-canon CR. I don't love negative CR just for negative CR's sake but I don't mind it if there's a reason. Eren definitely is a contentious character and it is totally reasonable that people are PISSED at him after the whole memory share plot.

Plots I'm Looking For: I did the big plot I had planned so HONESTLY idk right now? I'd love to do more quests/exploration missions in the future though. I'm not good with just slice of life things a lot of the time but idk let's talk :3

A 'kami' of Spacetime, who has attached their soul to a human body in order to enjoy a mortal existence. Yuuto has no memory of his timeless life, but does remember the 100+ years that he has spent in this body. Because his body conflicts with the concept of omnipresence, his soul moves him rapidly between worlds and times; He hasn't stayed in one place for more than a few weeks. He's got some major attachment issues as a result.

Yuuto is generally a kind person, who wants to help those around him live happy lives. He's also pretty anxious, constantly worrying about burdening others, and has low self-worth. Fortunately his CR in Seasons has been helping him work on that! Also his soul got broken and now he sometimes leaks black goo when he's emotion, but it's nothing a good mop can't fix.

Friends! Yuuto is very friendly and will chase down people who seem lonely. Though he will back off if when he gets the hint, he's got the patience to deal with tsundere types.

Plots I'm Looking For:

Yuuto currently doesn't have any hobbies. He can do some neat stuff with his power, like metal crafting and glasswork, and he knows a lot of math and science, but he doesn't engage in any hobby for his own sake. About My Character: Nenonen is the result of some p horrible human experimentation to see if there was a way to expose people to Essence and give them superpowers...without driving them crazy and/or dissolving them into goop. What si Essence, you ask? Basically it's this kind-of Eldritchy, kind-of otherworldly stuff that humans found and decided to power their cities with, only for some weirdos to discover that consuming it may or may not give you telekinesis/buffed strength, vitality, intellect, etc. Some slightly-less weirdos used it and broke space and time.

What happens when you expose developing human babies & their moms to an effton of Essence? SURPRISE, it Does Not End Well (for the mom). Nenonen looks human, but they are actually sexless and don't age at the same rate as normal people and who are resistant, but not immune to, Essence exposure. And no superpowers at all sorry horrible scientists. They've been raised in a research tower their entire life, which means their exposure to normal human contact, social settings, and the world in general is pretty limited. But that's okay!! Handshake? What's that, let's just touch people's wrists or necks or face. You know, like normal people do.

One other side effect of their being Essenceborn is that Nenonen's blood and tears are made up of Essence which, if consumed, has the following fun effects:

FEELING REALLY GREAT AT FIRST

Giving your character a speed/strength/canon power boost!!!

Which gets a bit addictive

And then turns you into a crazy person

And eventually you die

Also, it'll cause any organic/plant matter it touches to wither to maybe don't water your plants with it

Good Times :D people who can sense things like Eldritch stuff, negative energy, or corruptive stuff like void etc. will get an unsettling feeling from Nenonen. Good stuff! Full character info can be found here.

CR I'm Looking For: Anything and everything at the moment! I would love for Nen to get a rival but the last two times I tried that they got charmed instead what the heck >8((( ya'll people and your beautiful flower...magic. cheating cheaters?? So ig just give Nen more husbands/princesses to collect sob

Plots I'm Looking For: ESSENCE BLOOD PLOTS........do you want your character to be lowkey addicted to some weird Eldritch blood??? NEN IS UR PAL. Actual side effects of coming into contact/ingesting Nen's blood aren't immediately dangerous, but I would love to do more with this...or have someone use their powers on Nenonen and maybe have that backfire?? Essence reacts to energy etc. and would do wonky things. There's more info on all this under the abilities section on Nen's infopage here.

About My Character: Cloud is the main protagonist of Final Fantasy VII Remake. He touts himself as a former member of SOLDIER, an elite military group for the biggest megacorporation on the Planet, Shinra. Now working in Midgar as a mercenary, Cloud presents himself as cold and uncaring about anything else but the money he makes for his skills. However, it doesn't take long for people to see that this is a shoddily upkept front. At his heart, Cloud is fiercely loyal to not just his friends, but also protective of anyone in trouble. Over time, while Cloud keeps a lot of his cool demeanor, softening up also reveals that he's a bit of a dork without meaning to, and with some hesitation will go outside of his comfort zone to accomplish goals.

Time will tell what kind of a person Cloud will become the more he learns about not just the world around him, but the truth about himself.

SPOILERS AHEAD - CRAU RELATED

After spending almost an entire year in another land called Nippon, Cloud has since discovered and restored all of his memories that were once locked away from himself. Despite learning that he never made it into SOLDIER after all, and realizing the truth behind what happened to him after the Nibelheim Incident, Cloud's finally begun to come into his own as a person. More mature. Warmer. Less of a jerk.

Still a socially awkward dork at times.

CR I'm Looking For: Any and all CR is fine and good! But if I'm being more specific, I think more friends would be the first one. RP-wise I had been in a bit of a slump, and I'm starting to get my footing again! I'm so sorry that I'd been glacier slow in the past. I think starting with some positive CR would be a good start, and I'll also create some lighter questing threads soon as well. But I'm not opposed to Negative/Neutral CR either!

I think putting Cloud in some more spontaneous/silly situations that can bring out the dorkier side of him because the world of FFVII is rife with shenanigans, would be terrific too.

Plots I'm Looking For: I think after the Fairy Dimension incident, I wanna keep things a bit light for Cloud story-wise. He'll be looking to get stronger and better his own seasonal magic, so I wouldn't be opposed to Cloud throwing out a sparring challenge to the network to get the ball rolling! His self-confidence has been shaken a little bit. I've admittedly dropped the ball on also getting official stuff going for Cloud's branch of a delivery job, and will patch that out in due time.
