God, Napoleon will remind Hijikata so much of his best friend Kondou (technically also his boss, but they factually co-run the Shinsengumi), also a himbo who's loud and optimistic with spiky brown hair (without such nice sideburns, though). He'll probably have a soft spot for him right away if they meet!

Since I saw that you RP in prose I just feel that I should mention that I wouldn't be able to match (writing in prose always makes me feel like I'm writing fanfiction, and somehow that messes with my RP jive!) - but if it would be OK for you to mix-and-match I'd be delighted to toss them at each other! No worries if that'd throw you off, though!
