Oh my god that picture.

I will think on it some, but one thing that immediately comes to mind is that he definitely did shoot at the Crystal Exarch trying to knock his hood back. More than once. Sorry G'raha.

He also sobbed like a fucking idiot after waking him up again in the Crystal Tower because he wasn't sure if it would work even after everything.

Ah yes, the second-worst experience he's ever had had involving being shot on that day. In that place. By someone who thought it might get him to reveal his secrets.

(Of course, this means that if Kayan ever decides to wear a hat he will be petty and throw small objects at it trying to knock it off.)

LOOK he was incredibly confused by the Exarch.

E'kayan is not academically smart in most respects, and he did suspect very much that it was G'raha to begin with but honestly? By the time of the actual reveal he was starting to think well maybe it's not? Because why would he not just tell me? So he got a bit childish about it xD

And just. He was just so relieved. And happy. It was happy tears. He ran out of the building so fast on his way there he left every door open and then nearly threw himself entirely over the back of his chocobo because he tried to mount the thing while still running.
