About Me: I'm in my 30s and work at a grocery store so my tag times are sporadic because my schedule is everywhere and I am chronically tired 'v' My hobbies are drawing and doing voice-acting gaming streams, as well as ordinary gaming. RP-wise I have been doing exclusively murdergames for a long-ass time so I am getting my feet wet again for long term games, and I really appreciate how chill this one seems! Also, I'm roomies with Tulip so we hang out a lot. My forever fandoms are TWEWY, Zero Escape and Mystic Messenger... currently I am into Twisted Wonderland and JJBA. Many people also think of me as their "Yu-Gi-Oh Friend" but I stopped after Arc-V so ymmv there. There's a couple other characters I plan to app in later once I have their journals and canon reviews done. Feel free to add me, and let's get along!

About My Character:

Niwatori is a bit of a flighty yet timid girl! She's rather sheltered and naive, but a sweetheart, and if you get her excited (whether happy or nervous) she talks a mile a minute. She's also easily frightened and easy to trick. For the most part, she's the obedient type who will go along with whatever you say.

And if you believe all of that about her, you'll be dead before you know it. Actually, Niwatori has been heavily indoctrinated by her adopted family to be a spy and a killer, and most of her personality revolves around that as well as the use of her power of controlling birds - she is genuinely energetic, she just has no particular sensitivity to death and will easily lie to people's faces. All of this is because she's been raised to participate in the Juuni Taisen, which is a battle royale death match between the representatives of twelve Chinese zodiac-themed houses. She is the Warrior of the Chicken!

She has amnesia as a result of childhood abuse (and patricide lol), which has been exploited by the Niwa family to take advantage of her lack of identity - she really doesn't think too hard or hold ideals of her own, other than following orders. As for other people, she just thinks of them merely as components of a situation. After all, good people can fall into the darkness, while villains can reform. However, it is strongly implied that a lot of this is directly because she doesn't question anything about her life. The prize at the end of the taisen is any wish granted, and her wish is for herself - specifically, she wants to have confidence, because she thinks it would make her happy if she could have a lot of pride in what she does. When someone points out that she could just wish to stop being a warrior, she reacts as if that was something that had literally never occurred to her before. Most people in Juuni Taisen are bastards but she is likely to melt a bit around people who are genuinely good at heart.

Also, I am taking her from seconds before she dies attempting to protect such a person that she met for ten minutes. Lol.

CR I'm Looking For: Death game, spy and other murder buddies. Sincere people to confuse her in the cynicism. Mentors to get her to a better sense of self. Tulip and I are also planning to have her join up with Bucciarati cause she's used to (infiltrating) the mob.
Plots I'm Looking For: I'm still feeling out the game so I don't have anything in particular in mind! Let's just see how it goes!

Hello! I'm completely canonblind as far as Niwatori goes, but from the way you've described her, she sounds like a really interesting character!! I'd love to throw either Sigma or Kururu at her, whichever you'd prefer - Sigma could be interesting considering he's technically a terrorist, so used to the whole. murder thing. but at the same time, he's a genuinely pretty caring and sincere person as well?? He did not want to be in the situation he was in, lol.

Sounds great to me! I'm canon blind to both your chars as well but glancing at your post they both sound like they could be pretty interesting. (Well ok I watched the original Higurashi anime and so am like wow what the hell happened here Kururu lmao) I'm good with Sigma though, they can be limited life experience bros

Awesome! And yeah, Higurashi Rei is an... interesting spin-off. It's not nearly as good as the original Higurashi, but it has Kururu in it and therefore I enjoy it, lol :P

And yeah, that sounds great! Thank you; I'm excited to see how they get along!
