It could be anything misheard in the coffee shop, to scribbles on a back alley that someone wrote in a fit of anger... or even just someone too loud and proud who was overheard quite easily saying the wrong thing at the wrong time!

That sure sounded like her Master! She was certainly intrigued- and if it weren't for Koro's name being mentioned, she'd assume they were talking about her. After all, she was overly tall and enjoyed biting the mayo-fiend, too-

But she soon spotted who they were gossiping about nearby. Oh. Yes, he was impressively tall, even compared to her.

She approached him- and well, he'd probably be able to tell quickly she wasn't human. Like Caster, she was a spirit manifesting a physical form, but unlike Caster, there was a distinct inhumanity about her spirit origin.

Rider was, after all, a Monster.

[There sure are many rumours floating around about Koro (because really, how many almost-7-feet-tall horny beefcake pacifists hated by animals are there in Nightwake?) But that last one takes the cake!! Gossiping about him in this coffee shop, right within earshot?! The nerve!! Hijikata's going to march right over there, too pissed to even be embarrassed. He looms over the NPCs gossipers.]

[Honestly, what pisses him off the most is the implication that he snaps at Koro less harshly than at others. Do these dipshits think that sex demon tamed me?!]

[Over the last 1.5 years, Hijikata's feelings about Ozymandias changed from 'I can't stand this guy' to 'He's actually alright' - he can't even bash his huge ego anymore, given that the pharaoh generously helped him become more of a smooth operator himself (much as that is still a circumstantial feat)! There's really only one thing that still annoys Hijikata about him, and since graffitis are public propery damage, he instead vents anonymously online.]

Ozymandias will take any chance he gets to kiss people. You'd think the guy could get almost anyone he wants because he's a pharaoh, but if he had to give you a healing potion to save your life, he'd do it with his mouth.

Despite how antisocial she can be, Rider's got plenty of rumour-fodder to go around- like the fact she turned into Gorgon, a giant snake monster, and went on a rampage in the Jungle of Judgement last year. She even ended up featured on the questboard!

There's also her suggestive default outfit, the fact that until relatively recently she went around wearing a blindfold most of the time...and there's a guy she calls her 'Master'! Maybe she's involved in some kinky games. Apparently she spends a lot of time with a Pharaoh who has a harem, too.

And is it true she sometimes drinks the blood of monsters on quests?

There's a lot to be said about the Witch that lives in Coldreach. Who does absolutely nothing to make herself not look inherently suspicious at all times. Apparently she's quite pretty if you get a look at her face, but she usually sticks to the creepy cloak instead. How scary... is it true she threatened to stab the person who asked if she was really a Witch?

She's got some farmland down in one of the segments, and is almost certainly growing some plants that can be used for poisons! Who knows what sorts of nasty potions she's been brewing up.

Isn't she also the one who broadcast her sex preferences on network?

He totally ripped his shirt open when I was in that newly opened Gacha restaurant. I couldn't stop staring, I've no idea how the person with him didn't die on the spot!

He goes to the same café every Tuesday, sits in the same spot and stares out the window. Is he stalking someone or something?

During the water park event he kept terrorising the weak! One person almost went flying his throw was that strong!

Someone I know works at the Research Center and said while he was working on something he cut his arm pretty deeply and kept working as though he had no idea he was hurt.

[Hijikata lurks the rumour mills of the internet more than he could stand to admit (it's research, okay; sometime important information gets spread on the web)! Seeing rumours about the local cultivators, he's mystified by most of them... but leave it to him to whiteknight Xingchen!]

I heard that Xingchen became a god recently. So he must've been that kind all the time for real (how else could he ascend like that?). He didn't make a pact with any monster for sure.
